Sourcing doesn't fail at the handshake. It fails after.
The spec that drifts. The sample nobody signed off. The capacity that was promised twice. SultanaExpress is building the chain after you choose your Turkish manufacturer — pinned specs, a sample gate that refuses bulk production, booked capacity, AQL inspection, escrow on a real ledger. Free for buyers.
THE CHAIN, FROM YOUR SEAT
Five mechanisms between your order and your goods.
Each one is a server-enforced rule, not a workflow suggestion. Status tags are honest — as of 2026-08-01.
01Your spec is pinned.
BUILT — engine onlyYour tech pack and bill of materials are versioned and immutable. The order, the sample and the inspection all pin the exact version you approved. "But the file changed" stops being an argument — the platform knows which bytes you signed off.
02No approved sample, no bulk production.
BUILT — engine onlyBulk production cannot start until you approve the pre-production sample against the pinned spec version. A supplier who tries anyway gets a refusal from the server — HTTP 409, not a reminder email. The gate is a rule in the code, not a step on a checklist.
03Your production slot is booked, not promised.
BUILT — engine · supplier UI IN PROGRESSWhen your quote is accepted, the platform reserves a real window on the factory's production calendar. Two buyers cannot hold the same slot. The ship date you are given is computed from booked load — not typed in optimism.
04Inspection runs on the standard tables.
BUILT — engine onlyQuality control uses AQL sampling per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 — a deterministic, table-driven resolver held to the same correctness bar as the money ledger. Independent inspection companies are modelled first-class, so a third-party report attaches to your order like any other fact.
05Your money sits on a ledger, not in limbo.
BUILT — engine onlyPayment goes into escrow on a double-entry, append-only ledger. Release to the factory happens when you — or the inspection — accept the goods, as an accounting entry with a permanent trail. Balances are always derived; nobody can edit a number into existence. Real money turns on at phase 150 of the build plan, behind payment counsel and PSP sign-off — by design.
WHY TÜRKİYE
Four facts. All sourced.
We don't write market poetry. Four things you can check:
0% duty into the EU.
The EU–Türkiye Customs Union means zero customs duties and zero quotas on industrial goods — textiles and apparel included. The European Commission's words, not ours.
Days by road, not weeks by sea.
Road freight from Türkiye to EU destinations typically runs 3–7 days. Ocean freight China → North Europe measured 58.2 days in July 2026 (Flexport Ocean Timeliness Indicator). That difference is a reorder inside the same season.
The world's 7th-largest apparel exporter.
Türkiye is the 7th-largest apparel exporter on earth. This is established industrial scale, not an emerging experiment.
The majors are already here.
Inditex, H&M, Bestseller and Mango all nearshore production to Türkiye, and Türkiye is one of Inditex's twelve manufacturing clusters (CBI, the Dutch government's import-promotion agency). The corridor is proven at the highest volume tier. We are building the rails for everyone below it.

WHERE THIS STANDS
Turkey first. Europe next. Said plainly.
Beta opens September 2026 in Türkiye — our test market, where supplier onboarding starts. The buyer application is the next thing we build; the supplier side is usable today, and the engine under both — ledger, sample gate, capacity, QC — is built and walled by deterministic CI. If you buy from Europe: the corridor you just read about is our roadmap, not yet our live service. The waitlist exists so we can open your market with you already in it.
649-step build plan · 304 steps done · 62 of 145 phases closed — as of 2026-08-01
