Marketplaces stop at the handshake; we build the part after it — tech pack, sample approval, capacity booking, quality inspection, customs paperwork, escrow, invoice, certificate — as native product features, not managed services bolted on the side. Three states, as of 2026-08-01. BUILT — engine only: the escrow ledger, the sample gate, capacity and MOQ enforcement, AQL inspections, KYB verification, the private document plane — written, tested, and merged behind 52 merge-blocking CI checks across the stack. In September 2026 we open the platform to a first cohort: early-access suppliers and waitlisted buyers, with Türkiye as the test market. Beta means beta — the supplier journey is usable, the buyer journey is being finished, and every capability carries its status tag. We would rather show you a tagged build than promise a finished one.

Suppliers: Turkish manufacturers and exporters — apply through the Supplier Early Access form. Every supplier goes through KYB verification; applying is not the same as being listed. Buyers: join the waitlist, and we onboard you as the buyer app reaches your category.

Nothing. Early access is free. At launch, every system is free for all suppliers for three months. On top of that sits the founding-supplier prize program: the best founding suppliers win a full year of free usage — many will win, and further prizes will be announced. There are no other prices to quote yet, so we don't quote any.

Yes. Buying through SultanaExpress is free for buyers. That is a decision, not a promotion.

After the Türkiye test launch. Türkiye first is deliberate: we prove the platform in one market before we widen it. The Türkiye→EU corridor is the roadmap — zero customs duties on industrial goods under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, road freight typically 3–7 days — but we won't call it live service before it is. No date for Europe yet; when we set one, it will be on /open.

By escrow on a double-entry, append-only ledger. Escrow here is an accounting state, not a marketing word: balances are always derived from entries, corrections are reversing entries, and the ledger's correctness is enforced by deterministic CI — never by an AI check. That engine is built today. Real money turns on at launch, and only after our payment counsel, CPA and payment provider sign off — those approvals gate go-live by design.

Real KYB — company documents checked, never a self-declared badge. No supplier can verify themselves. Verification gates three things at once: publishing a catalog, appearing in search, and receiving payouts. An unverified supplier is not indexed at all, so buyers never see them.

They live in a private-by-default document plane. There is no public bucket — none exists in the system. Every file access is authorization-checked, every upload is virus-scanned, and files are served only through signed, expiring URLs. Tech packs are immutable and versioned; a factory sees your spec only when you award it the job, through access scoped to that job and audited. In this business the spec is the IP. We built for that.

The site and the platform interface ship in English and Turkish today. The engine already handles Arabic first-class — search works in all three languages — and the interface is built and tested with right-to-left rendering from day one. The Arabic interface comes later, and it is not an afterthought.
