Get verified. Get found. Get paid.
SultanaExpress is built to put your factory in front of export buyers without a trade-show booth. Verification is a real document review. Your minimum order quantity is enforced by the server. Payment waits in escrow on a double-entry ledger. We built and ran this marketplace once already — now we are rebuilding it properly, in the open, and you can watch.
649-step build plan · 304 steps done · 52 automated quality gates — as of 2026-08-01
THE SUPPLIER PATH
Three stations. No shortcuts.
Everything on SultanaExpress runs in one order: you get verified, then you get found, then you get paid. Each station is enforced by the platform itself, not by promises.
- 01 — VERIFIEDBUILT — engine + supplier UI
Verification is a document review, not a checkbox.
You submit your company documents. A reviewer examines them. Until approval, you cannot publish products, you do not appear in search, and no payout can exist for you. There is no HTTP path — none — that lets anyone self-set a verified badge; the code does not permit it. When your profile goes live, every company next to you has passed the same review.
- 02 — FOUNDBUILT — engine only
Search only shows the verified.
Public search is hard-filtered: unverified suppliers are not down-ranked — they are not indexed at all. Buyers filter by category, certifications, minimum order quantity and lead time, and get factories that genuinely qualify. Your reputation has exactly one source: reviews written by companies that completed a real order with you. Stars cannot be bought, because a review without a delivered order is refused by the server.
- 03 — PAIDBUILT — engine only
Your money is an accounting entry, not a status flag.
The buyer's payment goes into escrow on a double-entry, append-only ledger. Your balance is derived from that ledger, never stored in an editable column. Release happens when the buyer or the inspection accepts the goods — as a real accounting entry with a permanent trail. And no payout can be created for an unverified business. That rule is structural.
Real money turns on at phase 150 of the build plan — gated by payment counsel and PSP sign-off, by design. Everything before it is built, reviewed and walled first.
WHAT THE SERVER REFUSES FOR YOU
The platform says no, so you don't have to.
A sub-minimum order cannot exist.
BUILT — engine · supplier UI IN PROGRESSYou set your minimum order quantity — per variant, product, category or material. The server refuses any order below it and rolls back the entire transaction. Not a warning a buyer can click past. A refusal.
Your capacity is a calendar, not a guess.
BUILT — engine · supplier UI IN PROGRESSYou publish real production lines, monthly throughput and lead times. An accepted quote reserves an actual production window. Two buyers can never be promised the same slot, and your promised ship dates are computed from booked load — not typed into a text field in optimism.
Your patterns and tech packs stay yours.
BUILT — engine + supplier UIIn this business, the spec is the intellectual property. On SultanaExpress, no public storage bucket exists — anywhere. Every file is virus-scanned. Every access is authorization-checked. Every link is signed and short-lived. A buyer sees your documents only when a deal grants access, and that access is audited.
STATUS — 2026-08-01
What exists today, precisely.
We publish our status; we don't perform it. The build plan has 649 steps across 145 phases. 304 steps and 62 phases are done — the hardest half first: the money ledger, tenant isolation, the manufacturing spine. The supplier application is genuinely usable now. The buyer application comes next. Beta opens September 2026, in Turkey first.
- Supplier app — verification, catalog, variants and media, pricing, inventory, RFQs, orders: usable now. The screenshots on this site are real.
- Capacity and minimum-order screens — in build (phase 112 of 145).
- Buyer application — next. Beta September 2026, Turkey first, then Europe.
- Live payments — phase 150, behind payment counsel and PSP sign-off.
EARLY ACCESS
Three months free. And a year free for the best.
At launch, everything is free for three months.
When the platform launches, all systems are free for all suppliers for three months. No tiers, no asterisks. You learn the platform on real orders before you pay anything.
The founding-supplier program.
Suppliers who join early and build the strongest presence — complete verification, a sharp catalog, real capacity data — compete for founding-supplier prizes. The headline prize: one year of free usage. Many will win. Further prizes will be announced as launch approaches.
Follow the build and you will watch the prize criteria take shape in the open — like everything else we make.
—
What early access actually gets you.
No inflated promises. The exact deal:
- A place in line — the first onboarding invitations go to this list when the beta opens in September 2026.
- The build feed: dated engineering updates, real counters, no marketing gloss.
- A say in the supplier tools — early suppliers' feedback lands while the screens are still being designed.
- The three-month free launch offer, and entry into the founding-supplier prize program.
And what it doesn't:
There are no live orders today. Early access is not a live marketplace — it is a reserved seat in one being built in the open, with its progress published. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
